JIT-FIX Partitions and pads
Corrugated board was used for the implementation of this project with respect to the recycling. The package design has been extended by folded legs made from double-sided creased pads that replace a pallet in case of handling done by a forklift. A creased pad folded into the shape of the letter "A" was used for increasing of strength and fixing of the cast wheels inside the package. The solution enables mutual stacking of packages in the warehouse, their simple handling and securing during transportation to the customer.

Proposal of packing for a spare part mail-order service. The customer had a special request that the package must be made only from one type of material in order to secure its easy disposal. Moreover the package will be distributed by transport channels with demanding handling.
This is a proposal for packing of coils, where also their storage and logistics must be solved. According to the original solution the coils were assembled in the delivery plant and they were transported to the customer afterwards. Because the coil design did not enable its assembly, only a very limited amount of the coils could be placed on a pallet.
Glass packing is very demanding for fixing inside the transport package. At the same time it is also necessary to select such solution that will save costs and enable us to supply the packages to the client at the predetermined time and in a large amount. Packing by means of cartons with partitions is a solution that can fulfil all these requirements.
The customer's requirement was for the design and production of packaging for shipping spare parts, using easily recyclable materials in the execution. The quality and appearance of the packaging designed had to match the brand of the parts to be packaged.
Packaging design for spare part mail order service (compound package). The customer made a specific requirement that the package would be transported via ordinary channels with common handling methods. The package had to be suited to the heavy weight of the shock absorbers and the increased resistance requirements.
