However, whether we invent a more sustainable packaging solution, it is always only one side of the coin. The second, equally important, is how the packaging is actually used in practice. In this case too, we have therefore defined five basic approaches to maximize packaging sustainability.
Use appropriate packaging - size and parameters.
Do not send air and look for a solution that fits the nature of the goods being sent.
Choose a suitable filling material.
Choose the fixation and filling to protect your shipment well. It definitely helps if it’s made of the same material as the outer wrapping and you don’t overdo it unnecessarily. Not only nature will thank you, but also your customers.
Reuse the packaging and recommend the same to your customers.
For example, multiple-way packages or boxes allowing return shipment are possible.
Look for more environmentally friendly alternatives to existing packaging.
You don’t always need plastic. Look for packaging that is at least easily recyclable, ideally as lightweight as possible while retaining the necessary properties – this is where there is great scope for saving by using corrugated cardboard.

It may sound like self-praise, but we have gathered some experience in these three decades. We will be happy to recommend a suitable, sustainable solution.
