Packaging for headlamps
Packaging with a fixation system for headlamps with the prescribed size of the outer packaging due to palletisation. One of our customers placed an order for a reliable packaging solution for shipping headlamps with precise dimensions provided for the outer packaging layer. In practice, therefore, it was all about designing fixation that protects the headlamp lens using a minimum amount of material.
Fixation of grinding wheels for fast delivery
The simplest as well as most protective packaging for grinding wheels. A customer producing grinding wheels needs a simple and fast way to pack them. The handling must be simple, since the client’s company mostly employs temporary workers.
Universal cardboard spools
Cardboard spools for winding netting. Saving transport costs is a priority. The well-known Czech manufacturer JUTA winds netting partitions into big-bags on cardboard spools. JUTA needs them to be adapted so that they are delivered and stored in a flat state to save storage space. The assembly of the spool is to take place at the packaging workplace, so it must be very simple and fast.
Beer packaging with print
Packaging for beer bottles with sufficient load capacity that also promotes the brand. The traditional beer producer Rampušák, Dobrušský pivovar, needs a solid carrying container, which would also serve to promote the brand. It can be used mainly in the company store and at various promotional events. It will therefore also be used for marketing purposes.
Packaging set for automotive
The contracting authority’s request was to simplify the packaging process as much as possible and save operators’ work and warehouse space. Packing of control rods for the automotive industry required a large number of sub-tasks and significantly burdened the production workers. The large number of individual packaging components posed another complication.
Group packaging of glass
Packaging for fast and safe handling during production with several dozen types of drinking glasses. The traditional Czech manufacturer Crystalex CZ needs a simple solution for moving drinking glasses during various stages of production and shipping. Temporary group packaging must be easy to fill and at the same time prevent damage during transport between production lines, the warehouse and the packaging workplace.
Anti-static packaging for switches
The separator and outer packaging made of anti-static corrugated cardboard protect sensitive device buttons from electric shock and mechanical damage.
Automation of packaging for underfloor heating
Acceleration of packing using a semi-automatic folding machine and gluing machine. Packaging technologies significantly streamline packing and make work easier.
